With the season just around the corner, we are excited to offer a Pre-Season Arm Strength & Conditioning Program over the March Break, designed to help players build arm strength, improve throwing mechanics, and get game-ready for the spring season.
This program will focus on proper long-toss development, pitching mechanics, arm care, and overall strength and conditioning, giving players the tools they need to prepare their arms safely and effectively for the season ahead.
Sessions will include structured throwing progressions, pitching drills, and strength exercises that mirror how pitchers prepare during spring training. It is a great opportunity for players to build endurance, improve control, and develop confidence on the mound before the season begins.
Program Details
Age Groups: 11U, 13U, 15U, & 18U (Born in Years 2008 to 2016)

- Monday, March 16th (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Wednesday, March 18th (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Saturday, March 21st (12 PM – 1:30 PM)
- Monday, March 23rd (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Wednesday, March 25th (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Saturday, March 28th (12 PM – 1:30 PM)
Location: Kinsmen Gravel Field (1905 Jones Avenue, North Vancouver)
Sessions: 3 sessions per week (7 total)
Cost: $215
Max Spots: Limited to 30 players
RegisterThis program will be led by Jason Pilkington, a former professional pitcher who played at Central Arizona College, where his team won the JUCO College World Series in 2002, before being drafted by the Chicago White Sox. He went on to play professionally for 8 years and has spent the past 15 years coaching and training pitchers, helping young athletes develop strong, healthy arms.
