Important Umpire Scheduling Information
Rain-Outs and Cancellations
Please give us as much lead time as possible if you need to cancel a game for any reason.
24+ hrs. before game
Please contact both the Umpire Coordinator and your AGC to cancel the game and to reschedule. Email is fine.
Less than 24 hrs. before game
Please immediately contact the umpire who has been scheduled for your game by both phone and email. Then please email the Umpire Coordinator and your AGC.
Day of Game
Please phone your umpire IMMEDIATELY. If the umpire comes to the field, we have to pay them for the game even if it isn’t played. Please then email the Umpire Coordinator and your AGC.

Umpire Scheduling Basics
All coaches and managers must register with assignr.com.
Please bookmark this web page on your mobile device and
computer. This is where you will see who is assigned to call
your game, and how to reach them in case of a cancellation,
game change or rain-out. You will receive an invitation to join
assignr.com shortly – please accept as soon as you receive it!
New or Rescheduled Games
Any new games added to the schedule require AT LEAST 48
hours notice. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to
supply an umpire to games for which we don’t receive adequate
notice. The more notice we receive, the better job we can do
for you! Email the Umpire Coordinator/UIC as soon as
possible when a game has been rescheduled or added. If we
don’t know about a game, we can’t schedule an umpire for it!
Pay Rates for Umpires
All umpires are to be paid at the field by the team managers.
