The 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the North Shore Baseball Association (NSBA) will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Maple Room (2nd Floor) at the New Delbrook Community Recreation Centre.
In accordance with the NSBA Bylaws, all Members are encouraged and welcome to attend. Members are defined as parents/guardians with players who were registered in the NSBA for the 2017 season (spring or summer). This meeting is not open to non-members.

- Election of Directors
The Bylaws stipulate that the membership will elect a minimum of six (6) Directors. At the AGM, attending members may also vote to increase the number of Directors beyond this amount. The current Board is recommending no greater than ten (10) Directors for the upcoming year. Once elected/acclaimed, a short board meeting of the Directors will be held and they will elect the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Other Director roles will subsequently be confirmed. Please note: the bylaws do not permit any proxy voting.
Nominations for NSBA Directors will be accepted up to the date of the AGM, but we would appreciate as much notice as possible if you are interested in taking on one of these important volunteer positions. If you are considering a position as a Director, please contact president@northshorebaseball.ca.
Note: Attendees will be entered into a draw for door prizes including one free registration as well as other lovely NSBA apparel. We hope to see you there.
