We are very happy to announce, in partnership with Travail Development, we are offering a one day, pop up Strength and Conditioning day with Dong Lien. For those who do not know Dong, he spent the last several seasons working with ALL players in the Philly organization, please read his bio in the link below.
Dong is high energy and helps athletes learn about Strength and Conditioning in a fun and positive environment.
