13U Winter Training 2022

Attention 13U Players:

North Shore Baseball Association 13U Winter Training starts in January. These sessions are for those players that are keen to prepare for the upcoming Spring Season. Space is limited so register ASAP.

We are offering two options:

• Inside Performance instructors
• Travail instructors

The details are as follows:

OPTION 1: Inside Performance

Born in Years: 2009 & 2010

Days: Mondays

Start Date: Monday, January 10, 2022

End Date: Monday, March 7, 2022

Note: NO SESSION Monday, January 31st – Evaluation Day

Time: 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Arrival Time: 5:15 PM

Total Sessions: 8 (90 minutes per session)

Location: Inside Performance (#2 – 1500 Railway Street, North Vancouver)

Eligibility: These sessions are open to all 13U age players (born in 2009 & 2010) who have registered for the NSBA Spring Season. These sessions is especially important for those players considering “AA” or “AAA” ball this spring.

Coaches: These sessions will be coached by two hired Inside Performance instructors.

Max Spots: 15

Cost: $238 ($29.75 per session)

OPTION 2: Travail

Born in Years: 2009 & 2010

Days: Mondays OR Saturdays
Note: Pick your preferred session day when registering

Start Date: Monday, January 10, 2022 – and – Saturday, January 15, 2022

End Date: Monday, March 7, 2022 – and – Saturday, March 12, 2022

Time:

• Mondays: 6:15 PM to 8:15 PM, Arrival Time: 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Arrival Time: 1:45 PM

Total Sessions: 9 (120 minutes per session)

Location: Game Ready Fitness (#108B – 245 Fell Ave, North Vancouver, BC)

Eligibility: These sessions are open to all 13U age players (born in 2009 & 2010) who have registered for the NSBA Spring Season. These sessions is especially important for those players considering “AA” or “AAA” ball this spring.

Notes: This is 1 hour of baseball training and 45 minutes of strength and conditioning. It is a good introductory, no weights, just body weight.

Coaches: These sessions will be coached by two hired Travail instructors.

Max Spots: 8

Cost: $536 ($59.56 per session)

Important: Make sure to register for spring registration first.

Refund Policy:
Up until start of the program

• If the player’s spot can be re-filled, refund will be 100%, less a $25 admin fee.
• If the spot cannot be re-filled, refund will be 75%, less a $25 admin fee.

Please bring the following:

• mask
• glove
• batting helmet
• protective jock/jill
• NO CLEATS – runners only
• bat
• water bottle
• can wear shorts
