The BC Baseball Umpires Association (BCBUA), in collaboration with North Shore Baseball Association (NSBA), will be offering a mandatory clinic for all people who would like to umpire in BC (Minor) Baseball games. Previous or current Little League umpires are welcome to attend.
We are also very pleased to publish our new umpire rates. The NSBA board has generously agreed to increase the pay for our umpires. We continue to require that umpires be at least one age-group older than the games they are calling (so for example we will be using 18U (Midget) aged or older umpires for all 15U (Bantam) games, etc.). This is a great way to earn money and continue learning the game!
