Attention 7U Players:
North Shore Baseball Association is excited to launch 7U Fall Indoor Training in partnership with Inside Performance (IP), offering players a high-energy, skills-focused training program in a state-of-the-art indoor facility. Sessions will emphasize hitting, pitching, fielding, and overall player development in a fun and supportive environment. Space is limited so register ASAP.

Days: Saturdays
Start Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
End Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
Time: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Arrival Time: 3:15 PM
Total Sessions: 9 (60 minutes per session)
Location: Inside Performance (#2 – 1500 Railway Street, North Vancouver)
Eligibility: These sessions are open to all 7U age players (born in 2019 & 2020).
Coaches: These sessions will be coached by two paid professional Inside Performance coaches (Sr. & Jr).
Max Spots: 15
Cost: $251 ($27.89 per session)
