Attention 7U Players:
North Shore Baseball Association 7U Fall Indoor Training starts on October 15, 2022. These sessions are open to all 7U age players (born in 2016 & 2017). It is meant to be fun and engaging. The sessions will focus on the fundamentals – hitting, throwing, fielding, and pitching. Space is limited so register ASAP.

Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Arrival Time: 2:45 PM
Total Sessions: 9 (60 minutes per session)
Location: Inside Performance (#2 – 1500 Railway Street, North Vancouver)
Eligibility: These sessions are open to all 7U age players (born in 2016 & 2017).
Coaches: These sessions will be coached by two paid professional Inside Performance coaches (Sr. & Jr).
Max Spots: 15
Cost: $179 ($19.89 per session)
