7U Fall Training 2021

Attention 7U Players:

North Shore Baseball Association 7U Fall Indoor Training starts on October 24, 2021. These sessions are open to all 7U age players (born in 2015 & 2016). It is meant to be fun and engaging. The sessions will focus on the fundamentals – hitting, throwing, fielding, and pitching. Space is limited so register ASAP.

The details are as follows:

Born in Years: 2015 & 2016

Days: Sundays OR Mondays
Note: Pick your preferred session day when registering

Start Date: Sunday, October 24, 2021 – and – Monday, October 25, 2021

End Date: Sunday, December 19, 2021 – and – Monday, December 20, 2021

Times:

• Sundays: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Arrival Time: 1:45 PM
• Mondays: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Arrival Time: 4:45 PM

Total Sessions: 9 (60 minutes per session)

Location: Inside Performance (#2 – 1500 Railway Street, North Vancouver)

Eligibility: These sessions are open to all 7U age players (born in 2015 & 2016).

Coaches: These sessions will be coached by two paid professional Inside Performance coaches (Sr. & Jr).

Max Spots: 15 per session days

Cost: $179 ($19.89 per session)

Refund Policy:

• Full refund, minus $25 administration fee, prior to October 25th.
• No refunds after October 24th.

Please bring the following:

• mask
• glove
• batting helmet
• protective jock/jill
• NO CLEATS – runners only
• bat, if have one
• water bottle
• can wear shorts
