North Shore Baseball Association (NSBA) is pleased to announce its AA and AAA coaches for the 2022 season:
- 18U AAA: Dave Shera
- 15U AAA: Jon Alpen
- 15U AA: Jayson Eisenhauer
- 13U AAA: Dennis Lee
- 13U AA: Brad Russell
- 13U AA: Nicholas Van Dyk
NSBA invests significantly in coach development, including the BC Minor Coaches Conference, NCCP training and “train the trainer” coach development sessions with skilled professional coaches. All coach training required for NSBA baseball is fully sponsored by the league. Each year it gets tougher to choose from a strong pool of candidates.
We are confident these coaches have the right combination of approach, skills and experience, together with great assistant coaches and ongoing player development support, to create a fun and rewarding competitive environment for our players. We look forward to a successful 2022 season on and off the field.
