You may have heard but we are thrilled that the North Shore Baseball Association (NSBA) has been selected to host the 2024 11U AAA Provincials Championships Tournament over the August long weekend (August 2-5). This event will feature up to 12 teams from across the province, including our very own 11U AAA team representing NSBA. Expecting 150 players, along with their fans, friends, media personnel, and curious spectators, it promises to be a real home run event!
We would love your support in knocking this tournament out of the park. You can get involved in several ways either through:

Volunteering
We are greatly searching for 3 additional volunteers to join our organizing committee.

Sponsorship Opportunities
As a sponsor, your name/logo image will be displayed on our sponsorship banners and tournament programs, and we will include you in our “thank you” announcement during games.

- Single $250: Name/Logo image on our sponsorship banners hung on our two fields, and tournament programs (300+).
- Double $500: Single plus shoutouts on social media.
- Triple $750: Double plus hang your banner-which you provide-at our two fields for the weekend.
- Home Run $1,000: Triple plus set up your booth for promotional/sales activities.
- Grand Slam $1,500+: Home Run plus name/logo on the Tournament T-Shirts.
- OR, if you have another idea of how you’d like to sponsor us, we’d love to hear it!
Concession Donations
We will be operating two concessions and are looking for donations of various food items to help us keep those hungry players and fans fueled up for the games.
Swag Donations
Putting together 150 epic swag bags for the players is no small feat. If you have products – or 150 products – you can contribute, we would be grateful. For example, water bottles, snacks, coupons, trial or sample sizes of sports-related products.
Silent Auction Items
We are hosting a Silent Auction to cover the additional costs associated with hosting, and we would love to include your donated items or services.
