15U Winter Training 2024

Attention 15U Players:

North Shore Baseball Association 15U Winter Training starts in January. These sessions are for those players that are keen to prepare for the upcoming Spring Season. Space is limited so register ASAP.

NSBA Winter Training at Inside Performance details are at the bottom.

In addition, NSBA is pleased to be continuing its High Performance programming in partnership with T21 (Travail). These programs incorporate both baseball training and strength and conditioning for a really great price for our members. Register soon as there aren’t many slots left! Wednesday sessions will be more focused on hitting, while Saturday sessions will have a fielding focus. The sessions are designed to be paired but for the winter session have been offered separately to accommodate more flexible scheduling.

The details for Inside Performance are as follows:

Born in Years: 2009 & 2010

Days: Mondays

Start Date: Monday, January 8, 2024

End Date: Monday, March 11, 2024

Note: NO SESSION Monday, February 5th
Note: There will be a session on Monday, February 19th – Family Day Weekend

Time: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Arrival Time: 6:45 PM

Total Sessions: 9 (90 minutes per session)

Location: Inside Performance (#2 – 1500 Railway Street, North Vancouver)

Eligibility: These sessions are open to all 15U age players (born in 2009 & 2010) who have registered for the NSBA Spring Season.

Coaches: These sessions will be coached by two paid professional Inside Performance coaches (Sr. & Jr).

Max Spots: 15

Cost: $375 ($41.67 per session)

Important: Make sure to register for spring registration first.

Refund Policy:
Up until start of the program

• If the player’s spot can be re-filled, refund will be 100%, less a $25 admin fee.
• If the spot cannot be re-filled, refund will be 75%, less a $25 admin fee.

Please bring the following:

• baseball glove
• batting helmet
• protective jock/jill
• NO CLEATS – runners only
• baseball bat
• water bottle
